Totally disagree. The resident received a violation for a unauthorized pet. She stated it was not her pet, it was a friend. However the pet has been with her for over 1 Month. On 03/31/2022 she walked with a bad attitude brought a notice from a Dr. that the pet was hers. I told her I was not accepting it until it was verified because she stated the pet was not hers. She also brought in a notice to vacate and threw it at my Assistant Manager. Then she came to me yelling with a attempt to attack me, but my Assistant stopped he... read more
