Flats at the Oval is a perfect place to live for our daughter! It's location next to Colorado State University is super convenient! It is also very close to the shops and restaurants of Old Town. The apartment manager, Liz, is very efficient and takes care of any questions or needs that we have.
Just moved our son in yesterday. Super location across from the campus, great layouts for the rooms, very clean and kept up. Super internet and an incredible property manager Liz! Super smooth move-in and great experience! Highly recommend the place
Flats At the Oval is such an amazing place to live or visit. I spent time there with a close friend of mine and I loved every bit of the customer service from the staff. Friendly and clean environment..
Flats is a prime location, walking distance to campus, old town, the grocery store, and the max bus station. The apartment is a tad expensive but the maintenance is very skilled and responsive.
Building is in an awesome location. Rooms are nice, appliances are outdated though. Overall a nice place to live for a CSU student.
