Rent here, you will not regret it! I had read some previous reviews that stated loud drunks in the pool and after living here for over 3 months, I have not experienced anything of the sort. Moved here from back East and decided to try the downtown living. Ryan was very helpful with sending me videos long distance so I could see what was being offered and ended up with a wonderful one bedroom to call home. I have lived here for about 6 months now and have loved it! The location is great, with good food, nightlife, and even a small grocery all within walking distance. The management here has been great as well. Ryan is always very communicative and kind. The apartments themselves are cute and the community areas are always kept clean. I would definitely recommend living here!
I have lived at The Flats for over a year and I absolutely love it here. The ambience and energy of living downtown is exactly what I was looking for. The apartments are nicely appointed and at the center of it all is a heated swimming pool and they recently added a fire pit. Ryan is always helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend living here.
Great location! Close to restaurants and shopping! Ryan was amazing to work with! Really like the safety of the complex! Clean, new paint and floors!
