I move out here for 2 weeks and my car has been break into my other neighbors say everyone who stay out here for 2 week car get break into. They also say the gate has not been fix for at least 2 years. I don’t feel like I made the best decision moving here and I have no PEACE
The leasing office staff does not operate with care or integrity. My tire got a flat and I pulled into the parking lot yesterday evening. Called first thing this AM just after 9am to notify them and was twice hung up on. Called again around lunchtime to notify them that I was working to get my tire repaired and car removed. I’m feeling really disheartened and defeated by everything that’s been happening. Ever since December 2024, when a previous maintenance person removed the water filter from my unit, I’ve had to repeatedly reach out just to get something as basic as clean water. I never thought asking for something so simple would lead to so much tension. I moved out from here as one of their top referrer I lived here for almost a year! I put in to repair the light in apartment for 35 days with no response and yet paying my dues and I was fed up because I couldn’t know what to do again, only to send me message to pay! I lost my food in my bedroom fridge and I have to trash a lot of paid African food I ordered !
