Maintenance 10/10 every maintenance rep encountered has been extremely professional and courteous. Service requests are handled promptly. Leasing staff 7/10 there are some minor improvements here but nothing detrimental. - I think the text messages are unprofessional and lack personalization. - There needs to be documented policies. On a few occasions I was inconvenienced due to miscommunication and lack of respect for my time. I recommend having a checklist for associates and applicants so everyone is on the same page. I had a great experience at the Flats. Touring with Rachel (a real human, not a complicated out-of-touch self tour) was very nice and professional. The property is amazing: everything looks new, clean and extremely comfortable. And their prices are fair under market assumptions. I Will definitely consider this property to move here in the future. Five stars 🤩
Amazing place to live! From the application process to moving in, the communication, organization, maintenance and welcoming atmosphere could not have been better! Rachel and Carlos are fantastic!
