Rent is ridiculous. Needs to come down to something more reasonable. There is no reason that the rent should be higher than what it cost to stay in Raleigh or Durham in comparable or or apartments that actually offer more. You wonder why vacant units cant be filled, well because you are charging way too much. This apartment and others around the area need to get real. Arrowhead Apts is a comfortable place to live.Tucked away from a busy town and landscaped beautifully, the apartments offer a welcoming, homey atmosphere. All is made possible by a management and maintenance team who daily put forth the effort to keep everything running smoothly. So happy to have made this place my home.

We have been here for 1 month so far my experience has been great! Melanie and Jan( which btw I love them both) have been more then accommodating .The maintenance is wonderful I dont think I have waited more then a day for them and all you see is the guys working constantly I really like it here and enjoy the fitness and pool area I hope others have the same experience because it is great here 😊 ty for making us feel so welcomed.
