This continues to be one of the best places to live! The views are absolutely beautiful, and the management team is incredible. They’re always helpful, responsive, and truly care about the residents. A special shoutout to Ms. Jackie Dark, she does an amazing job and always goes above and beyond to take care of the residents. We just renewed our lease and are excited to call Arrowhead home for another 14 months!
I have read reviews about Arrowhead an I say I haven't experienced anything people in the reviews have said. Management has been nothing but fair an firm to me. I have been living at Arrowhead for about 4 years and love it. I have recommended people to Arrowhead an they love it. I know you can't please everybody but I feel if you obey the rules and follow your agreement you will not have a problem at all. Rent is ridiculous. Needs to come down to something more reasonable. There is no reason that the rent should be higher than what it cost to stay in Raleigh or Durham in comparable or or apartments that actually offer more. You wonder why vacant units cant be filled, well because you are charging way too much. This apartment and others around the area need to get real. Arrowhead Apts is a comfortable place to live.Tucked away from a busy town and landscaped beautifully, the apartments offer a welcoming, homey atmosphere. All is made possible by a management and maintenance team who daily put forth the effort to keep everything running smoothly. So happy to have made this place my home.
