I was a past resident in one of these homes and know from experience I was abused and told I would never succeed in life they would keep me in my room all the time the staff would put there knee In my back they refused to take you to the hospital I had a hand broken for 4 days before they would take me and it took me to call aps ( adult protective services) on them to get seen I do not recommend this place at all the staff and owners need help themselves I watched other clients get kicked by staff the use verbal abuse the wo... read more

DO NOT PUT ANY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN FLATROCK, majority are very abusive physically,mentally,and verbally and do not care for or about the residents, I am a resident at flatrock and have experienced all of this
They do everything in their power to do their best for their residents and staff. No one else in the state will take care of their residents and Flatrock takes them in and gives them a family.
