If you are closing on a Flato home, My Suggestion, get your own Inspection guy to come in...(Not theirs). The inspector is their worker. The amount of things that we need to be fixed right now is unbelievable. I'm upset because no professional or upstanding builder with Integrity would do an Inspection on this home and thought it was OK to sell this home like that...Neighbors and other people in the community is saying the samething... If you are new home buyer like me . Please stay away from them. We bought the house and today is the closing . They add the money on top . On the agreement they didn't mention the price . Only they said they will add. Today almost 22000. I'm short of this money and calling people and asking . I'm sitting and crying here. Please please aware
