Stay away from this builder. Six years and multiple delays later I’m still waiting to get possession of the property. I signed the agreement on Aug 11th, 2019. Today is Oct 25th, 2025. The latest occupancy date provided by builder (after changing it multiple times) is Jul 2nd, 2026!!
This builder is a scammer. Everyone who bought a property should check their SOA with the lawyer and cross check with the city. They charge property tax from us on closing and end up not paying the city. I had to pay the amount and since April 2024, I have been trying to get them to refund me this $2600. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this builder. They charged a huge amount at closing, yet the project looks abandoned. no rear decks, no grading or sod, and the driveways remain unfinished. It doesn’t even feel like a proper community.On top of that, they collected a tax deposit from buyers but never paid the town. Now homeowners are being billed the full property tax directly, with added interest, while the builder does nothing to address it.
