Yeah I have to say they run an A++ shop and service to get your electronic device back in mint condition. They will answer any questions and always know that you are thinking "is it worth it to repair or just replace" so they price it accordingly to help you not throw money away with what decision you make. It's right next to Costco in HB so you can't really get any better than that.
Mark is the man. He works fast and knows what to do. Doesn't skimp out on parts that he knows should be OEM. He'll let you know exactly what's going on and won't try to hide things from you even if it'll save some time. He'd rather get the job done right the first time so that you don't have to come back. Also his prices are very generous compared to other techs. He's the only guy that I'd trust to take my phone into now, and i've been to a few phone repair shops before.

Flatline is phenomenal! Mark fixed my Galaxy S7 edge in less than five minutes.
AMAZING SERVICE
I am willing to drive in traffic both ways to have Mark fix my phone - as an Angeleno, that's saying a LOT. He is the most honest, most professional, most chill guy you'd ever want to meet. You feel well taken care of and not taken advantage of. He's got great tips and tricks and accessories, even though there's no hard sell. I have had him repair my phone twice, and both times, I have been completely satisfied!! Hopefully, you don't have to go but if you do, you won't regret it.
Flatline is the best most honest iPhone repair service I have ever been to! I now take all my electronics to him and he never lets me down!! High recommend him!!!!!
