I really love Flatlands! Their customer service is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and welcoming, especially Naomi, who is incredibly empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make you feel comfortable. They did my extractions, and I’ll be having my implants done with them as well. I’m so happy with the care I’ve received and would definitely recommend Flatlands to anyone looking for a great dental experience!
Very unprofessional. The dentist didn't want to fill my tooth because he thinks it wouldn't last. I understood the risks and still wanted it done. Why schedule my appointment in the first place? It was a waste of my time.
I went in for my routine annual visit. The experience was great from beginning to end. There was short waiting time to be seen and I was also greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Got a referral I needed for more dental care. I would recommend this dental facility.
