They lied about having root canal services here. I scheduled an appointment and specifically told them what I wanted to be checked on, and I feel like it was a waste of time. The front desk people were friendly, but the dentist was not. I felt like she rushed me and had a problem with me, asking questions about my dental health. During my dental cleaning, I noticed that he was rough, and there were still plaque on my teeth afterwards, which shows a lack of care. 12/22/25, had a appointment for a tooth extraction that was shaking. They try to sell me a bone graph that cost $2000. Refuse to do the extraction because I don't want to do the graph. Can you Imagine? I reported to the apporiate agencies already. In response to they reply to my post, They told me that they will not do the extraction unless I purchase the bone graph procedure. I was refused service.
