Flatland heating & HVAC is the bomb!
They came out and diagnosed a faulty compressor capacitor then charged me $520 to replace the $70 part. I should have just said thanks after they diagnosed it and replaced it myself. Would have only cost $195 that way. Beware of the parts markup.
