The counselor herself was wonderful. The office has the most unethical billing practices I’ve ever seen from a company. Charging DOUBLE for services and refusing to rectify it when it’s brought to their attention. Edit- Their comment back to me states to look at how your bank bills. It was charged twice per my bank. This is AFTER they issued multiple refunds last week after they charged a card they didn’t have permission to charge.
