From the receptionist, to the dental assistant to Dr Benson-Redpath, it felt rushed and unwelcoming. I don’t know if I hit a bad day but they were not kind and I felt dismissed and unheard. They waved on my concerns and just wanted to talk over me. This was one of the poorest dental visits I had and I have dental phobia. There’s no way I’d ever return. Dr. Tran is amazing. Compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. I was referred to him for an infected root canal on my molar and I am very grateful for his help. He did a retreatment of the root canal after sealing in an antiseptic solution for a few weeks. Excited to see the tooth heal (hopefully). Much cheaper than an implant.
I had an emergency root canal done by Dr. Tran He explained the procedure in detail and was extremely cautious and gentle during the process.
