We lived here for several years and I would go back and do it again in a heart beat! The reason I'm even writing this review is because I was talking to family about what an amazing experience it was here genuinely, and I remembered I should write a review! Maintenance is so great they'll fix whatever you need on time, rent is affordable, and we enjoyed the location a lot. If I ever come back to Boulder I'd love to be here again!
Easy! We are professional working couple 12 years out of school. Flatiron View has been a fantastic place to live and work from home while we save money for a house. Other tenants are mostly quiet, maybe a few elephants running around sometimes but I can't tell if children or college students. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, the crew are super fast and friendly to fix it.
