Easy! We are professional working couple 12 years out of school. Flatiron View has been a fantastic place to live and work from home while we save money for a house. Other tenants are mostly quiet, maybe a few elephants running around sometimes but I can't tell if children or college students. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, the crew are super fast and friendly to fix it. This place went downhill so fast. No tenant screening - you will end up next to someone smoking cigarettes and blasting music and they won't do anything. I used to paint on my balcony - we don't need that! Now everything is covered in smoke clouds. Jobless folks flooding the units - you will see some of them digging through trash and some panhandling at the intersection of table mesa/foothills. Convenient location indeed! Raised our rents by $200 so we moved but now they can't rent a unit at even cheaper than that. Still no ... read more
