Beware: WINE SCAM at the Flatiron Room! (photos attached) We visited the Flatiron Room in NoMad for a girls' night out, expecting a sophisticated and enjoyable evening at a renowned jazz bar. Unfortunately, our experience turned unpleasant and felt truly deceptive. We ordered a specific Pinot Noir “Maison L’Envoye” from their menu, yet the bottle served to us was noticeably different, a brand named "Straight Shooter," which wasn’t listed anywhere on their beverage menu. I visited The Flatiron Room, a wonderful place. I celebrated my birthday there, and it was excellent. They have an amazing selection of whiskeys—perhaps all the options in NYC! I was served by Hugo, who was very courteous and gave me great recommendations on drinks. Thank you for the opportunity to experience this place. I can’t forget to mention that the music was outstanding, and the singer was spectacular.
