I cannot say enough about Dr. Riese and Flatiron Pediatrics! As a Registered Nurse in private practice, I am utterly shocked and impressed at their level of care, concern and compassion. Dr. Riese helped me through a very traumatizing time while our daughter was hospitalized. Since then, her and her team of professionals, have always answered every call (regardless of the time) in a very prompt and compassionate manner. She is my calm in a very unsettling time as a first time Mom. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I cannot express how much I love this practice. Both of my children have been patients here since their births, and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience every time. The doctors are patient and knowledgable, always accommodating any question or need we may have. Their hours are great for working parents, and the office itself is beautiful, clean and modern. Although we have to travel a bit to get here, it is 100% worth it. I recommend it to anyone looking for a general pediatric practice without any hesitation.
I am writing because I am upset on what happened. I asked for a letter for school and had one day to get it so my child could continue attending school. So the day it was do flatiron pediatrics emailed it to me and became I asked for it quickly . They were charging me 25 dollars . Now the reason I am upset is because for several days later. I contacted them to let them know that even though the email was present on my phone. I could not see it. So after several attempts on their part and mine. Dr. Riese is FANTASTIC! The doctors, nurses, and staff at this practice are wonderful and knowledgeable. They take their time to address all questions/concerns for a new mom like myself and throughout Covid-19 they have maintained constant communication and have been really fantastic. The doctors have personally called me back off hours and on holidays when I had concerns and that to me is really important. The waiting area is large and bright. Each treatment room is colorful with fun wallpaper and CLEAN. I go into each visi... read more
