So customer service at first seemed amazing but then fell apart quickly. I wanted to do an upgrade to my panel at the house, it started off great talked to Steve told him what I wanted and everything was going great mind you I actually never got a quote at all just casual estimates he then proceeded to talk me out of doing that and just putting a sub panel. Which was awesome saves me 4kish but then I asked to get the sub panel box in and get the work done and he proceeded to ghost me and he still hasn't answered me... I aske... read more
