Don’t recommend living here. I’ve been trying to get in touch with a manager for 6 days and no response. They don’t treat their long term tenants as they should. I was told to reply to an email for a renewal which I did immediately. They are now going back on their word, holding my money and trying to charge me even more.
I love this apartment complex. I couldn’t have been happier here. Everyone is amazing! Saul is the maintenance man for my building and he is always willing to help and is quick to get the job done!
I want to take time out today to write about how pleased I am with Willowbrook and Now Austin Ranch. Saul is a Maintenance Tech and is phenomenal! He has just left our property and is the definition of a class act! With Alex and Tiffany over management you can see the difference and care their techs now have. I appreciate you all and after a Year I had to re write! Amazing!
I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team at Flatiron Apartments, especially Saul! He was super professional, efficient, and made sure everything was fixed perfectly. Really appreciate how quickly he handled my request. Thank you, Saul!
Would NEVER live here again. Had the worst apartment experience ever. I lived here for 2 years and would not recommend it to anybody in the area. Maintenance took 2 months to get me the washer I was paying for to work, pest control would say they came but never saw them on my ring. My car was hit over night causing $3,500 in damages and the apartment was no help in attempting to find the car that hit me and drove away.
