Christian was amazing. He gave us tour and he was patient with us and showed us everything around the apartment complex.
This apartment complex is amazing! The amenities are incredible, and the community is really well maintained. Mason from the leasing office was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all my questions, gave me a great tour, and made the whole moving process smooth and easy. The prices are reasonable for what they offer, and my apartment was in great condition when I moved in. The entire process was quick, and Mason always responded to my emails promptly
I’ve had a pleasant experience from the beginning. Mason was incredibly helpful - went above and beyond to accommodate me as I moved cross-country. Once I moved, he patiently showed me around multiple times and giving me details about the community. Living at flatiron district at Austin Ranch has been a great experience thus far. There are plenty of amenities, and the gym and pools are both clean and well-maintained. Security is solid, especially at night, which really adds peace of mind. Mason Whitehead, my leasing specialist, had been incredibly welcoming from day one and has been extremely responsive whenever I’ve had any questions or apartment-related needs. It’s rare to find someone so professional and easy to work with
We have really enjoyed the place. Had a small electrical issue and Saul came out immediately and fixed the issue. He was personable and professional. It’s great knowing that if we have any issues, we will be in great hands. Thanks again, Saul!
