I’ve lived here for two years with no issues from past tenants. I understand they have a child, but the constant running and banging day and night makes it hard to even enjoy being home in peace. My small dog is quiet indoors and only barks briefly outside when he sees other dogs. Every first-floor unit in my building has a dog since there are yards, and it’s never been a problem. Recently had maintenance do some work on my bathroom, which was flooding. Submitted the ticket, had a response, the flooding was identified, and the bathroom was repaired all in a matter of days. Really appreciate Saul and Javier being so professional and quick to respond to the issue. Never expected it to be resolved so quickly, thank you so much!
Saul came by after hours to help unlock our door in the Flatiron District, and we couldn’t be more grateful. He responded quickly, arrived with a great attitude, and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Huge shoutout to FD @ AR maintenance tech Saul! The volleyball court lights NEVER come on when it gets dark when our group decides to play sand volleyball, but Saul always comes through for us. I can call or text him, and he shows up every time without hesitation. We truly appreciate him because our time out there is all about unwinding from the day/week and enjoying ourselves.
