Dr Nick is amazing!
I normally never leave reviews. Nurse was lovely and helpful, unfortunately front desk disorganised and rude. After 15 min of waiting I asked about a status and they said another 15 min, waiting 30 min for a <30 min appointment and not communicating efficiently is not a great customer experience and it was met with snarky comments as a result. They charge you $75 for being late or no-show not cancelled within 24 hours which is fair, but respecting customer’s time in return seems non existent. This was meant to be my second a... read more
