Kind, professional staff always.
I've been seeing Dr. Davé for years. He is thoughtful and careful and explains treatment options clearly.
Dr. Dave is knowledgeable, thorough and always takes his time to answer my questions. The nursing staff is caring and compassionate. Nurse Karen is especially helpful and supportive.
Absolutely horrible. They field all calls to some call center that doesn't speak English. They refuse to treat if you don't give a credit card even if you know your insurance covers everything. Tried to refuse treatment because I wouldn't give them my 1 year oldest SSN. All through the paperwork and scheduling they are extremely aggressive. Get there and the Doc doesn't even read the paperwork. This office is so difficult to work with. Doctor Murthy has the thickest accent and it’s really difficult to understand him. I also felt very dismissed of my symptoms. Scheduling testing was next to impossible because they’re aren’t open but three days a week. I had to reschedule an appointment and the scheduling people also have thick accents and wanted to reschedule all of my appointments - they didn’t seem to understand me, so frustrated I just decided to cancel everything and find a new doc.
