Love this place, the instructors are kind and helpful & will modify if you have an injury. The others in my class are inspiring & keep me going!
Love this gym! People are so friendly, it is kept very clean and tidy, great selection of machines, and fitness classes are included in the super affordable membership! I've been to other places that charge an arm and a leg for a membership, and then classes are extra. This is the best value, and the best atmosphere. Love love Flathead Health and Fitness.

Recently I contacted flathead health and fitness to help me obtain my goals with my health journey. All the staff has been great and super supportive. Tim has been extremely helpful and teaching me how to succeed. I love the gym and the vibe you feel the minute you walk through the door. I have never felt this encouraged by a gym before ever! The staff is useful , the facility is clean and meets all my needs, and the classes are amazing. I'm excited to be on this journey with fhf! Love this gym!
