I have been a member at Flathead Health and Fitness since 2008. I immediately loved the welcomeness of the staff, instructors and personal trainers. It feels like family, everyone is so helpful and supportive. They truly care about my success. It is the least intimidating setting. I've heard people say I'll join the gym when I lose a few pounds, or when I get in shape.
