Dr James Kim is super helpful, quick and efficient
I have been dealing with Flatbush Optical on Flatlands Avenue for years. There is now a new ‘doctor’ called James. He is terrible! I had to return my glasses three times because they were not right. First, I kept falling because everything appeared shorter/lower than it really was. I was stumbling just walking, and falling o& steps or ledges. I went without glasses 2 or 3 weeks while he corrected the wrong prescription he had given me.When I went to pick up my glasses, they were not transition as I had paid for. No fuss. I w... read more
