“I am sharing my experience with what happened to me during my dental treatment at NYU Langone. I went in expecting to receive dental care, but during the attempted extraction, my tooth was repeatedly pulled and manipulated, and the extraction was unsuccessful. I was left in severe pain and discomfort and had difficulty eating and sleeping. I eventually had to seek treatment elsewhere to have the tooth extracted."
If you value your teeth, I don't suggest any of these centers. They use students to treat the patient so they can learn real hands on. A licensed dentists and specialists are suppose to supervise every all work. On several occassions the student had to call a dentist in because she didn't know what or how to do the work.
Good afternoon. I'd like to document that I came to the clinic today for a dental appointment because the filling in my tooth has been causing me pain. Unfortunately, I was unable to be seen after waiting for nearly two hours, so I had to leave without receiving care.
They were always disrespectful and rude, only a few nice nurses, I’ve been going to this clinic ever since I came to America I was 6 years old. This new staff isn’t family friendly at all, attitude for no reason, they make you feel like you shouldn’t ask any questions regarding anything. Just unprofessional, only reason I go here is because of my patient, other than that i would not recommend here.
