We were served a salad that had a maggot in it (possibly more as the salad was half-ingested before noticing). We were informed that finding bugs in their produce/salads is a common occurrence. Almost as if we were supposed to accept the reality of a maggot in the salad as our issue of not “understanding” the implications of using organic produce. The flatbreads and salads are delicious. They also have a great selection of beers and spirits. The service is excellent.
Our waitress recommended the specials and we were instantly interested, everything was amazing and local 😍🌿
Our table ordered a small sampling of various types of pizza. All were very excellent. Excellent crust/flatbread, excellent toppings, excellent sauce, very friendly staff, and some great Maine-based sodas.
