They clearly showed me the damaged area of my flat tire, and I knew before they told me it was definitely not patchable. Tire was not a standard one but we found it, and they replaced it with no hastle, and no upsell, at a very reasonable price. I will go to them anytime i need a tire repaired or replaced. Great experience!
