Dr Jacob and the entire staff are AWESOME
Have called 4 times to see how much it is without insurance and spent more than 10 min on hold getting transferred and transferred again and again
My surgeon at Emory sent me here for lab work. I can only guess that they are at lunch because the door is locked. I would suggest putting a sign on the door saying "closed for lunch" or perhaps their posted hours on the door are obsolete, there is nothing online saying they close for lunch yet here I am at 1:15 on Friday and the door is definitely locked. I wish i had a phone number to call. Terribly bad.
Dr. Scott was great, highly recommended. Dr. Scott came in and handle everything professionally. After the mishaps, she made it clear to me and gave me me true understanding. Her nurse Becky was amazing as well. Highly recommended. The whole visit at the office was much better and everyone was great. Highly recommend the practice.
