I booked my appointment over a month ago as that was the only time available with the doctor here. They waited until I got to my appointment to tell me that my doctor canceled my appointment the day prior and that they attempted to email me with a notification. And then they said the reason I didn’t get a notification was because I didn’t have a MyChart account with them. Mind you, this is my very first time being a patient here. Not a call, not an email. The doctors, nurses and front desk staff are all very nice but oh my god do not waste your time coming here for labs. The lab tech is rude and short with everyone. Gave me an at home kit and gave me zero instructions in person and forgot to put written ones in the bag. Communicating with the nurses about it got super confusing and no one told me I had to take it to a HASP location so when I brought it back to this location as instructed by my nurses the lab tech had the audacity to say that she gave me instructions and tried... read more
