I feel fortunate to have decided on silicone by Flat Roofing Experts. The roof cleaning and preparation process was extensive and vastly improved drainage. They recently replaced using primer with adding an extra coat of silicone 👍🏽. The results are impressive and the team was fast, clean, and answered all my questions. A great experience.

Tim and his crew are outstanding. First off meeting Tim at the evaluation/consult, he is very straightforward and upfront with everything. He gives his opinion and if asked the opposite side of his opinion to the best of his ability. We had to redo our roof, and got a few quotes, Tim was the best of explaining what happened and what they were going to do to fix it. He took his time and answered all our questions.
