I have a 65 year old house with a low sloop roof that wasn't particularly well built. I knew it was going to need extensive work. The crew from Flat Roof showed up when they said and put in 10 plus hour days for 6 days to get it done. I was impressed by the work ethic, attention to detail, and the quality of the roof. We were on the hunt to get our entire townhouse roof replaced this summer and ended up going with Flat Roof Pros. Andrey was excellent at walking us through the process and patiently answering all of our questions (before, during, and after the project), and the crew and owner were all professional and easy to work with as well. We’re very happy with our new roof - it’s sturdy and built well, and are appreciative of the team for the great work!

Yuriy was very helpful during his (free!) inspection of our townhouse's PVC roof. Even though the roof was a little on the older side, he didn't pressure us into replacing it instantly, because it was still holding up well. Instead, he provided tons of tips for maintaining the roof myself so it can last even longer! He was very helpful and answered all of my many questions. When I do need to replace the roof eventually, I'll definitely call them again.

We have an older home in Ballard with a flat roof over the garage. We received 4 bids and went with Flat Roof Pros because of Andres. He gave us a bid then we had a ton of questions and he patiently went through all of the options as we were planning to replace a floating deck on top of the roof. He was really kind and explained things really well and we decided to go with him. They were tidy, efficient and they ended up doing our neighbors adjoining garage roof at the same time. Highly recommend.
