The staff are amazing!
Called to schedule some appts for my kiddos, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Then someone proceeded to answer the phone just to tell me that because I cancelled appts for my kids after we moved out of town I now cannot make an appt without a $100 deposit FOR EACH KID, my husband and myself so in total $500 due before I could even make an appt. So because I canceled appts after we moved out of town I now have to pay $500 to even get an appt. Not sure what kind of scam they are running but not a good one :)
