I called asking for a free consultation, which I thought was kind of them to do for me, but I explained that I was sick and they said it's a $100 fee for cancellation, so I rescheduled. I still was very sick but I went in. They did the evaluation and it was a huge expensive number that I couldn't afford. I had to bring my kids to my appointment and I hate doing that. When I called to reschedule because the babysitter cancelled, Karina was so sweet and told me that it would be fine. I brought them and she put something for them to watch on TV. I love the new hygienist. She told me that she spotted some area of concern. When the dentist saw the same problems, I felt knew found a good team to trust.
