The guys at FOA were great! I told them what I was looking for in terms of audio sound for my 2021 Bronco and they gave me recommendations on what would give me the best outcome. This company does good work but also will not honor their commitments. Be ready for them to take your money and never follow up
Went there to get tires rotated and alignment, was told I needed upper and lower ball joints, I picked the truck up (I knew it didn't need ball joints, the front end had been completely re-built 20,000 miles earlier). I talked to them several times (didn't tell them what I knew), they upped the price of the work every time I called. I took the truck to another shop and asked them what they thought of the ball joints. They said the front end was fine. These guys are crooks.
Customer service is THE WORST. They have had my car for over 2 weeks now and every time I talk to someone I get a different story, a different price, and a promise for a phone call back that never happens. If service is what you are looking for, look somewhere else!!
