This company advertises that they only charge $99 but when you go to the listing contract they include a charge of .2% of the Buyer's agents fee. The Buyer's agent fee is paid by the seller (listing person). I have used other flat fee agencies in the past and although their initial cost is higher the bottom line cost is much lower. For example. I listed my property for $207k. I was going to offer a 2% Buyer's agency fee ($4,140) but after I found out the "slice" taken by SNAP, I felt I had to increase my Buyer's agency fee t... read more

I actually had a very good experience with this company and with the preferred title company and found all of their fees very clearly outlined if you only read the docs you are required to sign. People are lazy though. We have sold many homes and know the process and never found a listing agent to be beneficial. If you don't understand the process, this may not be for you. I am back on their profile, only doing extra research before using them again. The only small issues I had were a little delay in getting things after hou... read more

This is a scam. They advertize a $89 flat fee listing, but after you list you will find out that they will charge a Buyer's broker $400 fee and charge you $350 fee at closing. None of this information is disclosed on their website. I don't know how BBB acredited someone like that. This is almost a scam.

Business response:

All of our fee information is available publicly on our website for review prior to signing up.

I have sold many homes with MLS listing services; this is the first time that I have seen a listing service wanting to collect a fee from the buyers agent and the seller. This is completely outrageous and, in my opinion, misleading and deceptive. With the additional fees that they charge would bring this MLS listing service and an additional $1,000. They try to justify it by telling you how much you saved in commissions, but there many other MLS companies that charge you only the FLAT fee that they tell you to list the prope... read more

This company is not what it says. They say they have customer service 7 days a week but that is not true since my house has been listed they have never ever returned a phone call not once! They say they will provide signage but they don't have signs! They say arial photos but not in my area. I had to ask for the market analysis 3 times and finally received it 2.5 weeks in. If you don't use their title company they charge you an extra 350. So much for Flat Fee. So I paid 399. For a platinum plan and did not receive 3 of the i... read more

BEWARE - THIEVES- NOT HONEST - BAD COMPANY - BAD OWNER. I read some reviews before I listed with them and let me tell you, I should have listened to the reviews that said they are not honest. I signed up and paid the $69 to list my property for sale by owner. In fine print you are required to pay them an additional "$350" at your closing and other fees. Flat fee MLS Realty and the attorney owner are not upfront with their prices and don't disclose anything before you pay. This company is the worst company to list your home w... read more
