Sergio was very helpful with Flat Fee when finding a new place. He communicated in a very timely manner and provided a thorough orientation of what to expect when leasing with them. The only issues that I encountered when moving, Sergio was able to get resolved quickly.
This is five stars for the staff at Flat Fee Landlords, who in my many years of dealing with them, have been uniformly responsive and helpful. Recently Sergio Maldonado had made resolving some tenant/property issues, including replacing a washing machine, a smooth, easy process. On the business side, Shelly Olivarez helped walk me through tenants' early termination of a lease.
