I would not recommend Eddie Davis to anyone, there are several other companies out there that will get you on the MLS and actually help the real estate transaction. Eddie is awful about providing information and unless you've sold real estate on your own before you're not going to have a good experience because you wont know what questions you need to ask or what you'll be expected to do. VERY poor communicator. Email seemed the best way to contact him. Often didn’t answer questions. Buyers agent couldn’t communicate with Eddie either. Errors made on contract paperwork almost lead to wrong counteroffer and then broken final deal. I would recommend this type of service for involved sellers but not Mr Davis.
