The staff was excellent from start to finish. Short waiting time. Highly recommended! And that God for dentistry and numbing medications
Despite trying to unsubscribe to a list we never subscribed to, we continue to be SPAMmed by Flat Creek Family Dentistry. If they make it this challenging to remove yourself from their list, requiring passwords that do not exist, and no way to reset them- I can't imagine how professional they could possibly be in the office. This is poor management. Please get us off your list. You have the wrong contact for your patient. For the love of god.

This was an amazing first visit the receptionist where very nice and social and funny and the hygienist I saw was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. The dentist was amazing very knowledgeable and very realistic with his recommendation. No run around they were very straight to the point and very good at what they do... highly recommend this dentist if you live in the area and if you wanna drive from long distances you won't be disappointed this dentist is worth the drive
I always feel they are sincerely interested in my health, dental and otherwise. I feel I can trust them to give me the best dental advice.
I live in South Florida now and tried a local dentist twice, I got "butchered" each time. I also tried to get a chip tooth fixed, three times. Nobody is as good as Sharon is what I have learned from that!! I was in town for the first time in two years on a fly because of the passing of a good friend. I called up Monday before noon and got an appointment for Wednesday around 2pm, didn't like the time but took it anyways. I have had a life-long fear of dentists. I would only go as a child to get a completion slip for school. Now I am in my 60's. But since I've been coming to Flat Creek Family Dentistry, I always have a pleasant, calm experience. The entire staff is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Brooks is especially skillful at making the visit comfortable and informative, letting you know ahead of time what to expect without pain.
