Dr Smith and team are just excellent - I had to have TWO crowns at the same time... no fun - and they made the experience painless and as pleasant as possible. Other dentists even comment on my implant crown stating you would never be able to tell it is not a real tooth... (shhhh) - HIghly recommend this group - They also help with the struggles of insurance as well -thank goodness -

As Walker's mom, I'm writing on his behalf. He was thrilled that Dr. Padgett is back. He called me on the way to school after his appointment to tell me how much he liked her.
We moved here about 3 years ago, and I've not been pleased with our dental office. However, I made an appointment with Flat Creek based upon a recommendation. I am happy that I did. Dr. Smith is fantastic. Kelly is the best Hygienist ever!! The front office misplaced/lost my patient information forms. However, we quickly recovered. :-)
I am so very thankful to the kindness and respect given by the staff. My hygienist, Lisa, is set apart from any hygenist that I have ever had and I have lived in many states and experienced many hygenist. She is thorough, gentle, honest, personable, and even helped me get assistance with AAA when I had a flat tire! *****
This entire team at Flat Creek continues to impress me with there eagerness to exceed my expectations! I know I've been a challenged project from the start, but they have never given up hope for me! And they all make me feel like family!!!
