I was informed today they have sold my loan to Roundpoint a collection agency that also has home loans now. This company is in federal allegations for not processing payments and charging fees. They stopped my auto pay. Never called one time, they don’t know my number or my email. You have to use an app to set it all up again. Flat Branch came highly recommended from several friends. The loan process itself was relatively easy. Jason and Caitlin answered all of our questions and helped however they could. We faced some barriers during the process but they kept pushing forward to get our loan to closing.

Jenni is the best in the business! She has handled two home loans and one refinance for us. We will never use anyone else. We had some bumps in the road on the most recent home loan, and she handled them with compassion and grace. Took many texts and calls after hours and on weekends.
The initial loan process was fine. The ladies were respectful. It did take an unusually long time to complete the loan but I can live with that. The problem is not with the people in the office. Its the service after you get your loan. I called years ago to have the PMI removed from my loan and they lied and told me I didnt pay PMI.
