Jenni is the best in the business! She has handled two home loans and one refinance for us. We will never use anyone else. We had some bumps in the road on the most recent home loan, and she handled them with compassion and grace. Took many texts and calls after hours and on weekends.
The initial loan process was fine. The ladies were respectful. It did take an unusually long time to complete the loan but I can live with that. The problem is not with the people in the office. Its the service after you get your loan. I called years ago to have the PMI removed from my loan and they lied and told me I didnt pay PMI. This was $80 per month extra I was paying on the loan for no reason. Flat Branch and Tuesday Blair did an overall good job for us. They had better rates than the “big boys”. Communication was friendly, timely and effective. We had no glitches from start to finish. I would recommend them to all. Well done.
