Flat Branch is awesome. They were literally the only people in our home buying process that didn't give us a hard time. They are great communicators, and everyone in the office seemed up to date on each case. Rebecca Sutton was such a huge help, and just great to work with. Out of the business/realty company's etc. we dealt with during this process, this is the ONLY one I would recommend or refer people to. Flat Branch is amazing!
