Had a great experience with Flat Four. Just needed some basics done because my own shop is still getting set up - but they were generous with their time, and clear experts on Subarus. I recommend them completely.
Fantastic experience. Everyone I talked to clearly cared about helping me and getting the best results. I was insanely impressed by the various communication, car drop off/pick up, and payment accommodation. Couldn't recommend enough. I will go back in the future.
The guys at flat4 Automotive really took care of me. They diagnosed my issue and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Great service, knowledgeable crew and didn’t nickle and dime. 10/10 will go back. If you have a modified Subaru this is place for you.
Imagine spending $2,000 to have your car not be repaired... I brought my 2011 Outback in due to a misfire in cylinder #1. Three days later it was misfiring in cylinder #3. After spending nearly $2000 to get it repaired the issue was still present. When I called in and complained they told me to bring it back in, IN 3 WEEKS. Flat 4 is my new shop. They were super helpful and honest. They gave honest educated input on what needs to be done and what can wait. They are for sure my go to Subie shop.
