Fantastic auto shop. We’ve been going to Flat 4 for some time now. It can be difficult to find a repair shop you trust with fair prices, but Flat 4 has come through every time. They’re honest with diagnostics and don’t try to upsell unneeded repairs. It’s our go-to auto repair shop.

Love this place!!! I appreciate Chris being honest about the work needed and if I could get it done somewhere else cheaper. They do excellent work! Kind friendly and highly experienced people. I have 0 complaints. I highly recommend them. You can even bring your own parts!
Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable. They really do care and want to provide the best for each customer. We had the vehicle in for a general maintenance/checkup. No services were done until all my questions were answered. Cost itemization provided with recommendations as to immediate attention or “can wait” status. No pressure. Just a nice group who know their stuff and treats everyone with respect and true appreciation. No doubt my business will remain with them. Thanks
