The folks at Flat 4 Automotive rock! Make an appointment, SO worth it. They're locally owned and staff are factory-trained for Subaru. They send customers a link to detailed estimates of repairs and costs, so you can select which services you want completed virtually instead of playing phone tag during the work day. Been coming here for a few years and with a few different vehicles. Nick, the owner, always explains everything thoroughly and patiently. It’s nice having a mechanic I can trust.
It’s great! I’m glad we have a Subaru shop in the town that we can trust.
Excellent service but be sure to make a reservation. You may need to wait a bit before you can get your car serviced but they do an excellent job!
