This shop is amazing. Had my Outback there for a week getting some work done. Staff was very helpful, communicated during the process. They were honest and up front with all suggestions regarding the work being done. I will be using this shop in the feature for all my service needs. It is an hour drive to this shop for me. Great communication and attention to detail.
I love Flat 4, they are super friendly and extremely transparent. There were times they were totally full for the day but would still find time to slide in a random oil change walk in. They have fair prices and my car always drives so smoothly after I pick it up. Thank you Flat 4 for being there as an alternative option to having to go the expensive dealership!
