I had another wonderful experience. They always have such great communication and are very transparent. I will never go to another shop again!
I stalled on I-5 but managed to get my car to their shop later in the day on a Friday. I live in Seattle and wasn't able to just leave my car there or take it in Monday, but they were super helpful. Diagnosed the exact problem for me for free, and let me know where to go so I wouldn't be stranded a few hours from home. I'm grateful for their help!
Brought my 2015 Forester XT to Flat 4 and they fixed my leaking front differential, diagnosed my lack of A/C in my car and had it fixed and the system recharged all in one day so I could get on the road and get to a concert. Cost was reasonable too! Chris and Lane were clear and communicative throughout the process. Very appreciative of the entire Flat 4 automotive team! Will definitely be back if I find myself in the Olympia area and in need of a clear and straightforward team of mechanics.
Came in with a shudder in what felt like the transmission with no diagnostic codes. The tech Ronny took his time diagnosing the problem ruling out all other possibilities. They ended up finding a misfire that was so subtle that it did not trigger a diagnostic code. Ruled out coil packs, removed spark plugs for inspection and found 2 of 4 plugs with hairline fractures, confirmed correct gap and replaced damaged plugs. Car drives like it should now.
