Cannot recommend the fine people over at Flat 4 Auto enough! They are incredibly hard workers and very easy to communicate with. I have several cars and they have even gone out of their way to diagnose tricky issues on my non-subaru vehicles. The shop has a texting service where they send you updates on your service and it all couldn't be easier to deal with. Very pleased to have finally found a good shop in the Olympia area again
FLAT 4 is the best shop for workmanship and price that I've used in 20 years.

This mechanic provided exceptional communication and service. They completed the work efficiently and promptly. Their diagnosis of other necessary repairs was clear, budget-conscious, and informative. Every question I had was answered. Nick and his team renewed my Sti’s engine in one week, after it overheated and sat at another local shop for 2 months outdoors! Flat 4 Automotive is the only place to go in the PNW for all of your Subarus needs. Subaru is second nature to these guys. And the one month check in to see how your vehicle is doing is the bed thing ever. Some shops don’t care enough to check in after a major works been done. Thanks flat 4 and Nick!
