Honestly I’m starting to think all the good reviews are fake because my experience was awful . My nails genuinely are trashed and don’t look GOOD . Not to mention popping off my nails a week later . No nails should do that unless they’re done wrong . EDIT: Dorene did do my nails and they weren’t good at all she was on her phone most of the time I’m having to get these redone after only a week of having them

I came in this salon with my mom first time. I instantly bonded with Doriane!! She’s by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to regular nail salons, but she actually takes time and makes sure my natural nail is taken care of before applying the acrylics. Now, as a girl who’s been getting her nails done for some time now, I’ve understood certain situations with getting nails done. Doreen always impresses me with her work! She takes her time and puts in so much effort to make sure I have beautiful nails and I leave happy. I have never had any issues with scheduling. She has never caused any pain, she truly cares about her customers! Her office space is extremely clean and i feel comfortable here. Thank you for everything Doreen!!

We waited over 40 minutes to be seen when our appt was at 7pm, she didn't get started until almost 8pm and it took over 3 hours to do 2 simple sets, we finished at 11pm. She was stopping service to use her phone, replying to other clients while she was doing our nails. She was friendly but I would not recommend. Also no discount on having to wait so long, but she even tried to say she should be charging more than she did, which was already a higher cost than her website listed.
