The customer service at this location is not very professional. I arrived to my appointment only to be told that I was never scheduled and that they would call me within the next few hours for a reschedule. When a couple hours passed, I decided to call them since they never reached back out to me. My eyelashes did not curl at all whatsoever with the eyelash lift. I had seen how the Korean eyelash lift results look like. My eyelashes were straight just as I came in. My eyelashes usually curl very well and last all day with mascara. This did not work at all. I felt as if the eyelash tech seemed annoyed the whole time. She added more product but it did not work. I literally feel like I just threw $110 for nothing.
