I've used Tim and Flash Rooter Drain Cleaning services 3 times now for 3 different houses. He was clutch in getting the city to repair the sewer lateral for one of those houses which saved me tens of thousands of dollars. He is genuinely a nice guy and keeps the workspace clean. Was referred to Tim by a plumber we highly trust (Traps and Taps). Tim was very responsive to a text in the evening about a blocked drain. Set up an appointment for early the next day. Was understanding that we have to work out timing with tenants. Messaged the next day when he was on his way, great communication.
