Wish I could give Flash Motorbikes more than 5 stars! The customer service is outstanding. I hauled my bike here on a trailer by myself on a Monday, not realizing they were closed. No matter. The owner appeared and helped me unload the bike, and could not have been nicer in his attitude. Later they helped me straighten out an insurance card issue so they could do the safety inspection for me, which I had entirely forgotten I needed. I never leave reviews but feel compelled to for Flash. I brought my 250 in and they did a tune up and oil change super quick and for a reasonable price. They explained everything in detail and were very friendly. This is now my motorcycle shop in Austin and my 250 is definitely going to thank me.
Flash Motorbikes is a rapidly growing service oriented motorcycle shop with a charming atmosphere. The staff is open, friendly and hospitable with a no-nonsense attitude. They service a wide variety of motorcycles and scooters and were more than happy to work on my '05 V Strom 1000.
