I am a long time customer of many years, and I've always found the guys at Flash Auto to be completely honest and straightforward with me. They are always clear with what needs to be done and service is always very friendly. I'm glad to be their customer and always tell my friends about them when the topic comes up.
Always nervous about car repair shops, but Flash was totally straight forward, I went by on a Saturday to inspect my car, it needed a new flex valve, says it's going to be $150 and come back on Monday. I drop it off on Monday for a few hours, I picked it up later in the day and the car sounds like new. No hidden fees, excuses or problems. Would totally recommend them, and I never write reviews on here.
A couple weeks ago on July 11th, 2013 at 5pm I called into Flash Automotive to see what could be done about my charging system having problems in my 1994 Buick LeSabre. They told me to come on in even though it was just about closing time and I was about 15 minute away. Well I brought her in anyway and they checked my charging system diagnostics and let me know the battery was bad. I want to thank you for the excellent customer service that you provided to me on 2 occasions. In March of 2013 you helped me save money on an alternator replacement by informing me that my bad alternator was covered under a life time warranty. And then later, in June 2013, I let Flash Automotive know that my charging system was having symptoms… without making me have to come back the next day, or just blowing me off, you checked my charging system diagnostics and let me know the battery was bad.
