I had 3 different companies come out and spoke to two over the phone for general quotes. A friend of mine has used Flash for his home and business and spoke highly of them, so I had them come out, too. Flash was reasonably priced and didn't push anything like some of the others. I had them put in an air scrubber and a new split unit. I asked about dropping in another vent around our dining area, but he said to wait to see the difference with the new unit. Ramiro and his brother installed my dual AC/Heating unit and the whole process seemed seamless. From obtaining a quote to getting a quick installation date and then being the professionals that they are took care to lay down a cloth in my home so as to not get the floors dirty while they worked. They took the time to ensure the AC was cooling at the proper temperatures and were very nice and considerate. I was able to get a loan and that was even a quick process.
