I reserved a parking space through ParkWhiz and used it exactly according to the reservation instructions. Nevertheless, I received a parking violation notice from the parking management company. I contacted ParkWhiz to ask how reservation information is communicated to the parking operator and to request assistance, but they never responded. The parking equipment is TERRIBLE! We have all begun to hate coming into work everyday because we already know something isn’t going to be working properly. The equipment messes up on a daily basis and even several times throughout the day. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This stuff has only been installed a little over a year and it’s been trouble from the start. I really don’t know how y’all stay in business between the faulty equipment and the incompetent support. DO BETTER!
