Maybe if they had good customer service they could have survived. The first time I went to Flappy's was during Christmas. I was blown away (at first). Their decorations were AMAZING. However, it was sooooo slow. From the moment we were seated it probably took about 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. Went into Flappy's twice this past week - Wing Wednesday with my leadership team from work & again Saturday for a late lunch with my family. We are so sad that Flappy's is closing their doors permanently today. The Vibe is always so fun, the staff is super friendly and the food & drinks are always great. Best Garlic Parm Wings I have ever had, and love the Chonky Sticks. The food was great and our waiter gave us a recommendation and it was really good it was there Fried Raviolis wings were good but I truly would recommend the Fried Raviolis every body at our table loved it it was so good
I had an issue with the service a couple times in a row and left a negative review. Since the review the server came and spoke to me about the issue and offered to help make it right. I appreciate them coming and talking to me so I have altered this review.
This is my second home and Kyle(the bartender) always makes me feel that I’m welcome and provides me with good conversation and good beer, it’s hard to imagine a more welcoming environment that lets me unwind after a stressful week at work and enjoy good conversation and of course great food in a high quality establishment, anytime you are in the area I can’t recommend flappys enough.
