Thank you for your amazing gluten free muffins. My son has severe OCD and food is a complicated issue with him. In addition, of course, he is allergic to gluten. He totally loves your gluten free muffins. He has not had any reactions to them. You are the best for adding something delicious and good to his diet.
Pancake mix is great! We add chocolate chips every once and awhile to add a bit of flavor.
