(UPDATE) DONT BUY CHEVROLET ANYTHING. Purchased 2014 silverado 147k miles 2 years ago gave me issues from the 2nd month. In 2 years i put 30k miles on it and went thru 3 transmissions and now the AFM lifter seized in cylinder 6 only has 180k miles i always ran mobil 1 changed at 3,500 miles.worst truck ever and i will never own any GM product ever again now i owe 10k to the bank on a truck that is only worth 4k running and still paying off the transmission credit card. I had my vehicle in for service. Every staff member I had interaction with was very friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating.
I took my mothers car here under suspicion it needed a clutch. It took them over a week to diagnose it was not a clutch issue. They thought it was a timing sensor. I did not get a phone call to be informed. I had to go to the shop to check up on it. A week later I had to go into the shop to find out they replaced the sensor and was still having the same issue so they put the old one back in.
